  SATURDAY LUNCH 3rd December:
  Sausages, fried onions, locally famous Mann River Burgers with all the trimmings... bacon, egg, cheese, pineapple, tomato, lettuce, onion, and a variety of salads.
  
  CHRISTMAS DINNER on SATURDAY NIGHT 3rd December:
  Baguette breads, fresh prawns, baked glazed ham, chat potatoes, variety of salads,.Tea and coffee.
  
  SUNDAY BREAKFAST 4th December:
  Cereals, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, fried tomato, baked beans and toast. Tea and coffee.
  
  SUNDAY MORNING TEA at The Big River Sailing Club:
  (This morning tea will be held at the sailing club opposite the Sugar Mill on the Clarence River).
